Notes:

  • At least one author for each paper must register and pay by July 14, 2025 to be included in the conference program.
  • Registration Fees are inclusive of access to the preconference workshops on 10th Sept, access to the conference session, conference materials, daily coffee breaks and light lunches and the Conference Reception on the 10th Sept. 
  • Conference Dinner will take place on the 11th Sept and is only included in FULL Registration Fees (available in the registration system).
  • One Day Fee is inclusive of one day access coffee breaks and light lunch. Conference Reception and Conference Dinner are not included in this fee.

Guidance on industry attendance and submission

SRNT defines the tobacco industry as any company that manufactures/distributes combustible tobacco products and any company or organisation that is a wholly or partially owned subsidiary. Tobacco industry employees and employees of wholly or partially owned subsidiaries are not allowed to attend or present. Employees from companies whose intellectual property is owned fully or partially by the tobacco industry are also not permitted to attend or present at SRNT. E-cigarette and other nicotine product companies not affiliated with the tobacco industry are not defined as part of the tobacco industry. Consultants are allowed to present and attend. If they are presenting research they must disclose funding sources.

Registration

Registrations will be done online through Easy Conferences. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process. The whole process is secure and is easy to complete.

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically. The system will accept changes/updates up to closing of the online registration process (before start of the conference).
